At Trendz Mart, we work hard to make sure your order is processed, shipped, and delivered as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process, delivery times, tracking, and order handling.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays, peak sale periods, or high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping carrier.

These are estimated delivery times and do not include order processing time.
Shipping may also be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after your package has been shipped. If your tracking shows “No Information Available,” please allow a few days for the carrier system to update.
Multiple Packages
For faster fulfillment, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately. This means you may receive more than one package, even if all items were purchased together.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Trendz Mart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can review the issue and assist you.
If the issue was caused by an error on our side, we will take responsibility and help resolve it at no extra cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to:
