Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account can make your shopping experience easier by allowing you to:

  • View your order history
  • Track your order status
  • Receive updates about new arrivals and special offers

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” or “Lost password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trendzmartshop.com. If your order has not been fully processed, we may be able to update your email address, name, or shipping details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment options available at checkout.

Is my online payment secure?

Yes. Our store uses secure checkout technology to help protect your personal and payment information. Payment details are processed through trusted payment providers and are not stored on our servers.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can usually be used per order, unless stated otherwise during a promotion.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.

If you need to update your order or shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@trendzmartshop.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What should I do if something is missing from my order?

If an item is missing, please contact us with your order number and details. Some orders may ship in separate packages, so please check your tracking information first. If something is still missing, we’ll be happy to help.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy sale periods or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped through one of our trusted shipping partners. The shipping method may depend on your location, product availability, and the selected shipping option at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking details may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us.

Why does my tracking say “No information available”?

Some carriers take a few days to update tracking information in their system. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Will my items arrive in one package?

Sometimes items from the same order may be shipped separately for faster delivery. This means you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking details.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Will I be charged customs, duties, or taxes?

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs delays are also outside our control.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on orders that meet the required minimum amount, depending on current promotions. Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Email us at support@trendzmartshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos, if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

What condition should returned items be in?

Returned items must be unused, clean, in good condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Items that are damaged, used, stained, or returned without approval may not be accepted.

Will return shipping be covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a clear description of the issue.

We’ll review the case and do our best to make it right.

How long does the return process take?

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 10–14 business days to inspect and process your return.

We will email you once your return has been reviewed.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

If your refund was approved but you have not received it yet, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
