Returns & Refunds Policy
At Trendz Mart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your product, unless stated otherwise on a specific product page or promotion.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, clean, and in good condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
- The product must be free from stains, damage, misuse, or signs of heavy use.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
A maximum of two items per order may be refunded. Store credit and exchanges may be offered where applicable.
If an exchange item costs more than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the exchange item costs less, we may refund the remaining balance. Exchanges are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your item.
Return Shipping
We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for purchasing and sending the product back to us.
Once your return is shipped, you must provide tracking information. If tracking is not provided, your refund or exchange may not be processed.
Restocking & Processing Fee
A 15% restocking and processing fee may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, processing, and repackaging costs.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges
- Priority processing fees
- Shipping protection
- Warranties
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will review the case and do our best to make it right.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been confirmed.
However, once your order arrives, you may contact us to start the return process if your item qualifies under this policy.
Refund Methods
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or as an exchange.
If we are unable to process a refund to the original payment method, store credit may be issued for the same amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
In some cases, we may offer a direct exchange depending on product availability.
30-Day Trial
At Trendz Mart, select products may include a 30-Day Trial when clearly stated on the product page or promotional offer.
The trial period starts on the delivery date. To qualify, the product must be returned within 30 days, in good condition, and according to the return instructions provided by our support team.
This applies only to eligible products and does not apply to final sale items, damaged items, misused items, or products excluded from returns.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.
Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting us first may affect your eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
